Must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance.

Troubleshooting AxisCare

If the app is slow, not loading, or unable to perform tasks.

  • Look for Updates in your play store.

  • Delete and reinstall the app.

Payroll

  • Pay stub will come to your email. 
  • Look for [email protected]
  • To see or change direct deposit, tax information/W4, or view paystubs outside of e-mail, download the Asure App.
  • Asure log-in is First four letters of your last name & Last four of your social  (Ex: Waffle House- 123-45-6789 = Hous6789)


For incorrect pay:

  • Send a screenshot of your paystub to [email protected] 
  • Be specific about what is wrong.
  • Message the caregiver line with issues clocking in or out.


Enroll in Concierge Insurance

You have 21 days to log in and either enroll or decline benefits. Your access code is 11411.
